They Key Account Manager be responsible to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients.
Requirements:
- A recognized BCom degree in Marketing Management or similar
- 4+ Years as a Key Account Manager with in the FMCG Sector
Responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with our major clients.
- Communicate the customer's requirements to the production team to ensure that the orders are scheduled, manufactured and delivered in full on time.
- Ensure that the correct products are delivered to our customers.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal/external production units.
- Manage the annual contracts on a day-to-day basis.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Need to be able and willing to travel locally and internationally from time to time.
Skills:

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
