Our Client, a Cyprus-based, established financial service provider, is now looking for a Key Account Manager Partners to join the team. Location: South Africa Type: Full-time Start date: ASAP About Company: The company is a Cyprus Investment Firm authorized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, to provide investment services of Reception, Transmission, and Execution of orders in relation to financial instruments. The services include Financial Contracts for Difference (CFDs), Portfolio Management and Investment Advice. It's a top-notch online CFD trading brokerage that has over a decade of successful working experience with clients in 180 countries. Role Mission: Care about existing partners in the region, helping them to achieve better results, promoting company, improving brand awareness, increasing company results Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in formulating the companys business development strategy. Achieve business goals in Vietnam market Activate and retain Retail and Institutional Clients, Partners. Take overall responsibility in delivering satisfactory customer experience for Clients from all aspects of Sales and Business Development function. Ensure that all Leads are contacted, and best efforts are made to convert these Leads into Active Clients. Lead, supervise and train all Sales & Business Development personnel. Be the high-level go to person for Country Managers, Customer Support and Sales with regards to inquiries about products. Maintain good communication lines with teams to ensure streamlined information flow to/from Clients and Business Development/Sales teams. Provide strategic recommendations to the team to constantly meet the needs of the Clients. Establish monthly and annual goals and KPI systems to monitor performance and deliver success. Assess and evaluate on-going and future load to ensure sufficient human and monetary resources are available to deliver Business Development Strategy. Be critical in terms of Business Development costs and focus on optimization and efficiencies. Analyze marketing and industry trends and track activities of competitors to provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning operational & marketing strategies. Represent the company in key exhibitions and trade fairs. Requirements: 2 years experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company Experience of achieving results on international markets Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within the company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional) Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency High level of integrity and dependability Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company, with the ability to build consensus English - Proficient It would be a plus if you have: Previous experience in such brokers as XM, HFM, Exness Established network that can be moved to company Trading Experience, knowledge of the market specifics Apply Now
