KEY ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER - Cape Town Region

You will be given full autonomy and accountability to run your campaigns as if they were your own business. This means that you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality, customer service, and renewals. By ensuring that the client receives excellent service, quality leads, and a return on investment, you will be instrumental in the growth and success of the company. What you'll do Generate quality leads for clients Manage and build a team of Business Development Consultants (BDCs) Recruit top talent to grow the team Build strong relationships with clients Upsell services and expand the company’s footprint Ensure accurate campaign data and reports Report to the Head of Operations Key outcomes: Recruit and retain 10 BDCs within four months 80% renewal rate 0% campaigns lost due to self-infliction Compliance with the Campaign Manager Job Roles and Responsibility document What you'll need A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field Proven experience in outbound sales and telemarketing to other businesses (no consumer calls) A solid ability to generate leads and appointments A proven track record of focusing on quality over quantity to maximise overall results Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with clients Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience in business development and the ability to contribute to overall company strategy Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret campaign metrics The ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Personal attributes: To be a great leader of people with excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and assertiveness To take pride in your attention to detail To be a consummate professional who is able to work autonomously To be innovative, resilient, and adaptable, thriving on the challenges ahead To bring solutions and positivity, and enjoy the work that you do Apply Now
