Key Accounts Lead Location: Johannesburg Type: Full Time Permanent Requirement: Experience gained in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or Biotech and the ability to travel as needed Qualification / Experience Requirements, but not limited to: Degree in Marketing, MBA, Customer Relationship Management, or similar qualification relevant qualification Minimum of 3 years in sales, marketing, or product management within the pharmaceutical industry In-depth understanding of government tenders and public sector pharmaceutical sales and procurement processes. Strong knowledge of primary health care and the Extended Programme on Immunisation Expertise in customer relationship management Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry legislation, including pricing, marketing, and regulatory issues Ability to interpret IMS market data. Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets for both private and public sectors Collaborate with provincial authorities Monitor and anticipate competitor activity in the industry. Identify tender opportunities and manage the completion of state tenders. Assist with sales forecasting. Implement plans to achieve sales targets Network within provinces to provide feedback that strengthens position in the public sector. Develop and implement a Customer Relations Management Strategy Understand customer values to achieve profitable key supplier status Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, customer footprint, operational capabilities, and market trends Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of the company's medium and long-term strategies in line with public sector strategies Establish a data intelligence infrastructure and provide reporting on market trends and their impact Provide recommendations for proactive stakeholder engagement and business continuity with healthcare partners Represent the company at key industry events and promote the company through effective PR strategies targeting key stakeholders Assist the department in improving systems and processes Identify and recommend innovation and improvement initiatives to line managers Manage cross-departmental expectations and influence deliverables to ensure sales targets are met Application can be emailed to response "at" mvgrecruitment.co.za Required supporting documents to accompany Comprehensive Detailed CV showcasing proven expertise gained: Copy of ID Copies of all required Qualifications, including Matric Apply Now
