Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Location: Johannesburg Metro, Roodepoort, Roodepoort North

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

  • Building and nurturing brand relationships with key accounts
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow key account sales
  • Understanding market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Training and communicating effectively with internal and external customers
  • Preparing and presenting weekly reports on key account performance
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process for key accounts
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant B Degree tertiary qualification

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining key account relationships
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour
  • Ability to effectively train and communicate with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Sales or Business Administration
  • Experience in the retail and wholesale industry
  • Experience in catering equipment an advantage
