Reference: PS010193-RB-1A well-known international company requires the above to manage all key accounts within the agricultural and animal nutrition markets providing them with speciality products. Minimum requirements for the role: A science degree or diploma or related qualification is essential for this role. Alternatively, candidates can bring a business degree with relevant industry experience and knowledge. Previous sales experience having worked within the agricultural and or animal nutrition industry is essential for this role. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be resilient, and able to multi-task and work under pressure. Must be computer literate. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing all key accounts within the agricultural and animal nutrition markets. Maintaining existing key accounts as well as identifying new opportunities. Developing and expanding product segments with strategic importance. Negotiating with international suppliers/principals regarding new products and pricing. Providing technical advice to customers on the development of formulations and trials. Conducting market analysis of customers, products, competitors and application markets. Presenting reports to senior management regarding strategic market growth and KPIs. Collaborating and participating in trade fairs and customer seminars as sales promotion measures introducing new product ranges, concepts and applications to the market Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
