Key Account Manager The Position: We're looking for an skilled Key Accounts Manager to be office based in Woodmead, Sandton. The pay range on offer is R35 000.00 to R42 000.00 (Negotiable) CtC Package Per Month (No Commission Earnings). The role will require retaining existing clients and key customers through the strategic goals set out by the company and to be customer facing and the main point of contact. Requirements: Completed Matric Completed a related Degree/Diploma qualification - essential 5 years Account Management experience with expert knowledge of in-store merchandising and product display Strong MS Excel proficiency Ability to deal with complaints and criticism Must have a good understanding of written and verbal communication Must be able to work independently and be responsible enough to work without supervision Must be a Self-Starter with a highly organized mind Ability to work in a self-driven, complex environment with multiple and changing priorities Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables Responsibilities: Conducting needs analysis on an ongoing basis Monitoring pricing and promotions and end user exit-pricing Keeping up to date with pricing in the market Increasing volume of products sold Ad-hoc ordering of stock Weekly analysis of dispo's Continuously monitoring stock reports: sales/rate of sale/stock status/aged stock Liaising with merchandising companies Promotional planning - space planning, PI labels, visual displays Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to Directors and Senior Management, using key account metrics by upselling and growing assigned channels / retailers Completing Deal Plans for all focus deals with clear execution strategies and complete margin analysis - Gross and Nett % calculation Work references, criminal checks and qualification checks will be done on the successful candidate.
