Maintain and manage vehicle stock.
- Ensure that all deal files are properly filed, and all paperwork is in the file.
- Invoice all deals according to the deal files.
- Work with the Sales Manager and Dealer Principle and advise them of stock holding & ageing thereof.
- Do and post journals at month end.
- Assist with floorplan audit.
- Request and control natis of all vehicles.
- Regulate orders requested per vehicle.
- Assist new vehicle manger with new vehicle buy outs and ordering.
