Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager Location: Tzaneen Salary: R58 333.00 – R70 833.00 Per Month Job Type: Permanent Sectors: Agriculture, General Reference: 2044902 Vacancy Details DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSYS: The Continuous Improvement Manager will report directly to the Head of Operations, and will facilitate and manage the entire Continuous Improvement process across the business, in coordination with cross-functional departments. Working in collaboration with R & D, Procurement, Quality, Operations and other departments, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for reviewing the Organizations’ production practices and identifying areas that need improvement, as well as impactful improvement opportunities. You will project manage the implementation of changes and train staff to increase efficiencies, whilst reducing expenses and maximizing profitability. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A degree in Industrial Engineering or related Six Sigma Certification (preferred) 5 years of experience in business Improvement Management, Change Management, business strategy, project management Experience in the Agriculture/Production/Manufacturing or FMCG Industries essential Sound experience in TPM, WCM, and LEAN methodologies Proficiency with TQM process evaluation techniques Experience developing employee training programs Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills A high level of business acumen and commercial understanding Experience in a Management or leadership role RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyse current Production processes Review QA procedures Identify areas that need improvement Identify supply shortfalls Develop plans to increase production and decrease costs Facilitate and manage implementation Train and upskill staff on new systems and procedures Document each phase of the changes and create regular reports for top management Regular reporting on Continuous improvements project to top management.
