KLERK BRANDSTOFMONITERING LICHTENBURG Doel van die pos: NWK is op soek na 'n noukeurige en detail-georiënteerde individu om die pos van Klerk Brandstofmonitering te vul. As 'n belangrike lid van ons Logistieke span, sal die verantwoordelikheid aan jou toevertrou word om toesig te hou oor finansiële aspekte wat verband hou met brandstofverbruik binne ons vragmotorvloot. Hierdie rol, wat direk aan die Senior Rekenmeester rapporteer, vereis presisie, finansiële insig en effektiewe kommunikasievaardighede. Hoofverantwoordelikhede: Faktuurakkuraatheid: Verseker die akkurate instandhouding van vragmotorbrandstofverslae deur die volledigheid en akkuraatheid van fakture noukeurig te verifieer, en enige teenstrydighede stiptelik aan te spreek. • Logstaat bestuur Enkodeer logstate vir vragmotors metodies binne ons ERP-stelsel, en hou 'n georganiseerde en opgedateerde rekord van brandstofverwante transaksies. • Kosteverifikasie: Verifieer en bevestig vragmotorbrandstofkoste, bestuur weeklikse fakture, en verseker tydige betalings aan eksterne diensverskaffers. • Aankoopbestellingsvoldoening: Hersien, plaas bestellings en verwerk brandstoffaktuurkwitansies akkuraat, verseker nakoming van aankoopbestellings en voldoening aan gevestigde finansiële protokolle. • Faktuurverifikasie: Verifieer eksterne kontrakteurfakture, verseker akkuraatheid en volledigheid, en verwerk betalingskwitansies stiptelik. • Foutoplossing: Kommunikeer doeltreffend met kontrakteurs om foute aan te spreek, om vinnige regstellings te fasiliteer en akkurate finansiële rekords te handhaaf. • Dokumentasiebestuur: Dien omvattende dokumentasie in by die Rekening-afdeling vir naatlose betalingsverwerking. • Kommunikasie Uitnemendheid: Hanteer oproepe en navrae van diensverskaffers en werknemers, verskaf duidelike en professionele antwoorde. • Kwessie-identifikasie: Identifiseer en rapporteer deurlopende probleme rakende die rekenaarstelsel aktief aan die Inligtingstelselspan, wat bydra tot voortdurende prosesverbetering. Bevoegdhede en werkverwante vaardighede: • Finansiële insig: Verstaan finansiële beginsels en belastingwetgewing wat met BTW verband hou. Analitiese vaardighede: Vaardig in die ontleding van data, die identifisering van patrone en die oplossing van teenstrydighede. Kommunikasievaardighede: Effektiewe mondelinge en geskrewe kommunikasie met belanghebbendes. Rekenaargeletterdheid: Vaardig in relevante sagteware en stelsels. Numeriese aanleg: Sterk numeriese vaardighede vir finansiële berekeninge en ontleding. Aandag aan detail: Noukeurige benadering vir akkuraatheid in finansiële transaksies en dokumentasie. Probleemoplossing: Pro-aktief in die identifisering en oplossing van probleme. Tydbestuur: Doeltreffende hantering van veelvuldige take en nakoming van spertye. Minimum vereistes: • Graad 12-kwalifikasie. Geldige bestuurslisensie. Kennis van interne beheermaatreëls om akkuraatheid, betroubaarheid en voldoening aan finansiële prosesse te verseker. Vertroudheid met BTW-wetgewing. 2 jaar administratiewe ondervinding in finansiële funksies. CLERK FUEL MONITORING LICHTENBURG Purpose of the Position: NWK is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Clerk Fuel Monitoring. As a vital member of our Logistics team, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing financial aspects related to fuel consumption within our truck fleet. Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, this role demands precision, financial insight and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Accuracy: Ensure the accurate maintenance of truck fuel reports by meticulously verifying the completeness and accuracy of invoices, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Log Sheet Management: Methodically encode log sheets for trucks within our ERP system, maintaining an organized and up-to-date record of fuel-related transactions. Cost Verification: Verify and confirm truck fuel costs, managing weekly invoices, and ensuring timely payments to external service providers. Purchase Order Compliance: Review, place orders, and process fuel invoice receipts accurately, ensuring adherence to purchase orders and compliance with established financial protocols. Invoice Verification: Verify external contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and promptly process payment receipts. Error Resolution: Effectively communicate with contractors to address errors, facilitating prompt corrections and maintaining accurate financial records. Documentation Management: Submit comprehensive documentation to the Accounts Payable department for seamless payment processing. Communication Excellence: Handle calls and inquiries from service providers and employees, providing clear and professional responses. Issue Identification: Actively identify and report ongoing problems in the computer system to the Information Systems team, contributing to continuous process improvement. Competencies and Job-Related Skills: Financial Acumen: Understand financial principles and tax legislation related to VAT. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data, identifying patterns, and resolving discrepancies. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders. Computer Literacy: Proficient in relevant software and systems. Numerical Aptitude: Strong numerical skills for financial calculations and analysis. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach for accuracy in financial transactions and documentation. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Time Management: Efficient handling of multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 qualification. Valid driver's license. Knowledge of internal controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with financial processes. Familiarity with VAT legislation. 2 years of administrative experience in financial functions.
