The SAIPA Trainee Accountant would be responsible to assist Accountants with various client matters and administrative duties. The position would be for a set period for the employee to gain experience associated with their studies. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted with screening questions. SAIPA Clerk Responsibilities 1.1. Serve clients and ensure communication takes place daily and is recorded on system. 1.2. Weekly feedback on WIP and ensure invoicing takes place daily. 1.3. Ensure client deadlines are met. 1.4. Ensure quality services are delivered to clients. 1.5. Meeting financial targets set on fees billed. 1.6. Ensuring capacity tracker and performance tracker is up to date and correct 2. System Integration 2.1. Ensure DataGrows CRM are rolled out effectively. 2.2. Ensure DataGrows CRM are integrated with all Sage and SARS systems. 2.3. Attend to SARS / UIF / COIDA / VAT queries. 3. Servicing Clients 3.1. Ensure that clients are served well, and all invoicing are submitted within 8 hours after completion of task. 3.2. Client satisfaction measurement (Follow-up with supervisor on any queries raised by the client within 8 hours.) 3.3. Share client feedback bi-weekly into information gathering process. 3.4. Client Portfolio Management 4. Audits 4.1. Auditing clients and ensuring that the deadlines are met. 5. SAIPA Registration Process 5.1 Attending training within the month of flagging and ensuring all logbooks are updated bi-weekly. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 1. SAIPA Clerk Responsibilities 2.
