Manc Opening and closing of Budget periods monthly Assist in Quarterly Forecast Refresh numbers in the flash template for the monthly management reporting Support SM FP&A with data gathering for the automation of reporting tools Assist SM reviewing of the monthly flash file and summaries Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for Exco Data extract and review of Manco CC Opex and scrutinizing of data Review Cost centre reports with FinOps team to ensure accurate reporting Monitor and report Financial and Non Financial KPIs Track every Opex spending by project on monthly basis – Profees, Marketing, Managed services
