Candidate must have at least be 3-5 years post admission. Admitted Attorney with experience in employment related matters and is able to work independently for SOE's, government and municipalities. Must have experience is prosecuting internal disciplinary hearings, acting for employer at CCMA, be in a position to draft and bring review applications at the Labour Courts and oppose them.
