JOB DESCRIPTION: ? To provide support to clients pressing HR/IR matter ? Complete paperwork, file documents, communicate with clients ? Assisting in MSA’s ? Dealing with matters at CCMA and Bargaining Councils ? Drafting of charges and chairing of internal disciplinary hearings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? File management and administrative support ? Regularly follow up on outstanding issues as necessary ? Document processing and related activities ? Using Microsoft Word software to generate correspondence and legal documents based on precedent documents using the appropriate format and Company style. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ? LLB, BCOM , Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law ? Two to three years of experience in HR-related field ? A high standard of typing ? Expert and other relevant software programs ? Knowledge of Labour Law processes and terminology as well as a good command of English vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation ? High attention to detail ? Ability to communicate effectively across all levels ? Able to work autonomously and as part of a team ? Displays a professional approach and always maintains Company and client confidentiality
