To focus on the design, development and implementation of the Learning and Development (L&D) Develop a talent management strategy incorporating performance management and leadership development Provide leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure the attraction, retention and development of talented individuals ready to assume critical and/or priority positions when required, thereby enabling effective succession management. Play a key role in the success of organisational change such as changes to business processes, technologies, organisational structure, and organisational culture. Key Performance Areas Crafting and Executing L & D Strategy Talent Management Functional Governance People Management Change Management Performance Management Seta Management Development and monitoring Budget Business/Functional/Technical Competencies Strategy Thought Partner Operational Excellence Driver Management Decision Maker and control Financial Budgeting Data Analytics Employee-stakeholder engagement Legislative compliance Learning and Development Interventions Project Management Quality Management Minimum Educational Qualifications required by the position: (Professional/Technical/Academic) Grade 12/ Matric B-degree in Social Sciences, HRM, HRD, or relevant field. Post graduate qualification in Organisational Development/ Business Management or relevant field will be a distinct advantage Minimum Experience required by the position: 8-10 years' experience in managing learning and development, organisational development and leadership development.
