They are searching for Site Operations Manager with 10 years proven record of running highly regulated complex site successfully in terms of profits, good relationships with stakeholders including the communities and municipalities. On this level you will have autonomy to demonstrate visionary leadership as well as mobilizing the teams to achieve long term sustainability of one of the biggest, most successful and strategic sites within the group. Relevant Diploma of Degree in Operations or Business is essential. Experience in the mining or waste management or any other complex highly regulated industries with strict licensing requirements will be an advantage. This waste industry is fascinating in how it plays a key role in preserving our planet and helping industry to operate responsibly.
