Description Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Operations Manager to oversee their landscaping operations and ensure their properties maintain their optimal appearance. As the Landscaping Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of landscaping operations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all landscaping operations, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure properties are maintained at their best. Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscaping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality work. Source and order materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Maintain accurate records of project expenses and report any issues or concerns to the management team. Develop and implement landscaping plans and strategies to enhance property appearances. Monitor and maintain the health and safety of all plants and trees on our properties. Ensure proper maintenance and working condition of all landscaping equipment. Coordinate with property managers and residents to address landscaping concerns or requests. Monitor and control expenses related to landscaping operations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in landscaping. Conduct regular inspections to ensure landscaping work meets quality standards. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to landscaping.
