Lathe Machine Operator - Bronkhorstspruit
Requirements:
Qualified/experienced in program and setting Lathe Machines.
Oversee the setting of the Conventional machine.
Oversee Housekeeping and safety.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage lathe machines to perform different jobs, including drilling, grinding, and milling.
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
Communicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part.
Balance shafts.
Bearing sizes.
Repair threads/shafts.
Setting up of centre jobs.
Setting up on a borring mill.
Be able to fix reworks.
Be able to run a milling machine PCD.
No shatter.
Conduct regular lathe machine assessments.
