Essential Skills and Requirements: IAM Expertise: In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management processes, with good knowledge of related technologies, solutions, and platforms. SoD Analysis: Proficiency in segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and remediation processes. Analytical Skills: Excellent analysis and conceptual thinking skills for investigating problems and proposing compliance conflict solutions. Agile Experience: Experience working within an Agile framework. SAP Security: Expertise in SAP On-Premise and Cloud solutions security management. Agile Responsibilities: Ability to handle additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter. Advantageous Skills: Agile Tools: Experienced in Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket/GitHub. SAP Administration: Experience in SAP Administration including monitoring, scheduling, configuration, and parameterization. Self-Motivation: Proactive, self-starter who engages in team activities independently. Problem-Solving: Systematic and logical approach to problem analysis, with the ability to document findings and solutions. Time Management: Effective time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes, with transparency in activities. Qualifications and Experience : Education: Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience. Certifications: ITIL and Scrum certifications are advantageous. SAP GRC Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP GRC. IAM Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. SAP DevOps: Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP DevOps. Role and Responsibilities: IAM Processes: Be a part of a team of experts for IAM processes, focusing on Compliance & Risk Management. Consultation and Advice: Provide consultation and advice on IAM risk lifecycle and compliance management, explaining the principles of need to know, least access, and minimum risk. Process Management: Design and manage IAM risk processes and compensating controls. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and business processes with team members to ensure effective task handover. System Design: Ensure all user requirements have been considered, propose and review system designs, and evaluate alternatives. Development: Develop system solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements. Documentation: Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, obtain user sign-off for Business Blueprint documents. DevOps: Manage DevOps SAP GRC Access Control, improve services for Superuser Management and Access Risk Analysis, and continuously monitor systems, applications, and processes. Apply Now
