We are a Property management and administration company specialised in the industrial, retail and commercial sectors of the property market, as well as wholly owned residential property portfolios across Gauteng. The candidate must be self-motivated with excellent written, verbal and communication skills, honest and reliable with a high standard of work ethic. Description of Role:New Business canvasing / Cold CallingAssist with developing, planning and implementing a new business sales strategyCanvassing for Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties to manageCanvassing for wholly owned Residential properties to manageArrange meetings with potential landlordsAdhere to and remain up to date with industry best practices Skills and Knowledge:At least 2 years lead generation experienceTele-canvassing experienceAbility to work independently and efficientlyFocused and target drivenStrong time management skillsAbility to learn and adapt quicklyGood computer skills and ability to type own correspondence Required:Own vehicleValid driver's licenseNon-smokerFluent in Afrikaans Experience:Lead Generating: 2 years (Required) Language:Afrikaans (Required) License/Certification:Drivers License and own Vehicle (Required) Expected Start Date: 2024/04/01
