Our Agency is growing and as such we are looking at employing a lead generator/recruitment consultant to start soonest with us. Job Description: Call on existing clients Call on new business clients Generate Leads via cold calling and prospecting Evaluate leads and confirm if the position is indeed from the company advertising the position. Requirements: Grade 12 Own transport Laptop Internet Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English written and verbal Can work under minimum supervision but, as part of a team Willing to put the time and effort in to get results and reach targets. Compensation: Basic Salary to be discussed Commission structure to be allocated to the right candidate. Important Information: We will be training you as you go ahead on how to become a recruitment specialist and take on additional tasks.
