Basic salary R8 000 – R12 000 ( benefits (med, pension) Commission 10% of GP White, Preferably Female – Excellent in English, verbal and written Extrovert, talkative, must be able to handle pressure, and not take things personally Developing relationships with new potential clients by building rapport with them over the phone and via email Generating sales leads for businesses by identifying new potential clients and encouraging them to schedule meetings with a sales representative Research prospective customers to identify decision makers Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research Update the status of each lead in the customer relationship management system on a daily basis Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all appointments scheduled are attended to A critical thinker with the ability to think on your feet Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence and persuade other internally and externally Self-starter, ability to achieve goals without daily supervision Coachable and eager to learn Strong attention to details, time management and decision making skills, strong business acumen and writing skills Qualifications Minimum Matric Proficient in MS office programs Prefer at least 1 year related work experience
