Key Responsibilities: Strategically generate high-quality leads and set appointments with potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Conduct strategic cold calling and communication, demonstrating persuasive, clear, and engaging interactions with potential clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise innovative strategies that boost client engagement, lead conversion, and appointment rates. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas, ensuring strategies align with ambitious growth targets. Prepare to grow into a role where you will manage and oversee your own team, developing strategies and leading initiatives to achieve team objectives. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in lead generation and client appointment setting within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. A solid track record with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead generation and client engagement. Proficiency in CRM systems for comprehensive lead management and nurturing.
