Role Purpose: Oversee the implementation of leadership development programs aimed at nurturing talent and enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization. Facilitate the professional growth of Vodacom South Africa’s (VSA) leaders through targeted coaching and development programs. Co-ordinate and deliver leadership training programs tailored to the specific needs of various business units and leaders. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and leadership development across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Support the execution of the leadership development strategy and deployment of innovative learning solutions with the objective of enhancing leadership capability. Contribute to the development of a leadership development roadmap for leadership growth. Identify and assess leadership development needs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs. Partner with Talent Management and L&D to conduct skills assessments. Develop and implement leadership training initiatives in collaboration with business units based on their need; to deliver customized programs. Input into the implementation of succession planning initiatives. Provide feedback and coaching to high potential talent. Interact with content stakeholders to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective content by obtaining their input. Partner with Talent Management and HRBPs to integrate leadership development into the talent value chain. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. 3 -5 years professional working experience with HR experience preferable Computer literacy Intermediate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of NQF and SAQA requirements Project management Knowledge of design principles Ability to clearly articulate and translate designed material into learning material.
