Learnership Coach/Mentor - Johannesburg

Location: Woodmead
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: R 5 000 per month. The purpose of the stipend is to cover travel expenses incurred while working and attending training.
Minimum Requirements
Must have Grade 12 and basic Computer Literacy.
Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Program Requirements
Must have a valid South-African ID.
Proof of disability from a Specialist and proof of highest qualification achieved.
Must not be engaged in another learnership opportunity.
Must be willing to participate in both the structured learning and workplace activities.
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching, preferably within a learnership or training program would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote learning and communication.
Must have Fibre readiness 100mbps minimum
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
