Location Cape Town Salary grade FM Who are you You are energetic You are an expert at planning and executing training plans You are passionate about people development You have excellent administration and coordination skills What you’ll have done before Baseline: NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Human Resources/ HR Development/ Training Management) 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development with 2 years in LMS Management Exceptional administration and coordination skills Advance knowledge of MS Excel Advantageous: Post-graduate qualification in HRM Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity and challenges. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, multitask. Advanced knowledge Excel and data analytics skill or desire to acquire same Exciting Challenges you might face in the role Applies knowledge of the marketplace to advance the organisation’s goals Contribute to driving the organization Learning and Development Strategy Creates a number of Learning and Development Reports. Effectively drive the organization learning and development culture Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear What you’ll be doing Proactively schedule employees for learning interventions requested.
