Team Management Honours or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/Organisation Development, Education and Training (OD-ETDP) Registered as an Assessor and Moderator 5-8 years experience establishing and managing learning and development programmes and operations with experience of identifying and acting upon opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation R50 000 CTC - R55 000 CTC
