Learning and Development Manager - Johannesburg

You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that cultivate employee skills, enhance organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in learning and development role.
  • L & D methodologies with special emphasis on training in an engineering and mining environment
  • Experience in leading a L&D strategy focused on the future of work
  • Great management and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or L&D
  • Assessor/Moderator/SD Facilitator, Lead Auditor Certificate
  • 5 - 8 years management experience
