Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in learning and development role.
- L & D methodologies with special emphasis on training in an engineering and mining environment
- Experience in leading a L&D strategy focused on the future of work
- Great management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR or L&D
- Assessor/Moderator/SD Facilitator, Lead Auditor Certificate
- 5 - 8 years management experience
