I am looking for an experienced strategist who has a passion for talent and learning and development. This role will be based in Sandton, working as a Learning and Development Specialist: Corporate & Investment Banking Will not be required to conduct any facilitation Able to design leadership programmes 1300 people in market - traders L&D strategy drafting and implementation Bring in new solutions to the business Able to liaise with Senior Executive board Involved with operations: SETA, bursaries etc. Able to liaise with international providers Reporting into Human Capital Head and working hand in hand with strategy and digital design Should be able to partner with employees, so they can improve on their work delivery and skill sets Always focus on traders Managing bank portfolio - always be ahead of the curve Drive continuous improvement Will be supported by digital design team, MIS Analysts, L&D Administrators Responsible for legislative reporting Role involves Operations management No less than 10 years' working experience from consulting / business schools - working on big projects. Also candidates that come from financial services sector. Will consider candidates who was within the consulting / business schools, started their own business within learning and now interested to join the corporate environment again Must have a degree - HR/Psychology or relevant Process driven - need to know the HOW behind everything that needs to be done within the L&D Solutions driven Confident Strategic Future focused on new ways of doing things Innovative Solutions driven Deadline driven Attention to detail Energetic Open minded Excellent communication Great track record Clear ITC, Crim, Fraud Willing to undergo psychometrics Must have a Cover letter attached to CV when submitting
