Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Psychology or related field, registered Skills Development Facilitator

Skills:

Experienced in management of Bursaries, internships, and learnerships
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, best practises, training methodologies
Strong knowledge and experience in instructional design, accreditation, and facilitation
Reporting analytics and administration
SDF Functionalities: Learnerships, internships, Bursaries, and BBBEE
Onboarding, Induction, and department-specific training enhancement
Design and implementation of training and development programmes

Job Duties:

Manage Bursaries, internships, and learnerships effectively
Apply adult learning principles and best practises in training methodologies
Design and facilitate instructional training sessions
Handle reporting, analytics, and administration related to training programmes
Implement Learnerships, internships, Bursaries, and BBBEE initiatives
Enhance onboarding, induction, and department-specific training
Develop and execute training and development programmes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Psychology or related field, registered Skills Development Facilitator

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Knowledge of best practises in training methodologies
Experience in instructional design, accreditation, and facilitation
Proficient in reporting, analytics, and administration

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field

Working Conditions:

This role will be based in Johannesburg Metro, Johannesburg, Bedfordview. Standard office hours apply with occasional flexibility required for training sessions or meetings.
