Role overview This role facilitates and assists with delivery, design, development, and assessment of learning interventions. The ideal candidate will empower clients (both internal and external) and the broader community to make informed and sustainable financial decisions and improve their financial well-being. Key Result Areas Operational Delivery: Supports the design and development of learning interventions. Delivers financial literacy initiatives in a setting that encourages engagement, good experiences, and high levels of delegate satisfaction. Ensure that knowledge and skills are imparted in order to modify behavior in accordance with the goals of the program. Ensure the transfer of newly acquired knowledge and abilities from the classroom (or online) to communities and workplaces. Continuous review of input, pinpointing areas in need of development, and modifying training curricula to enhance results. Customises and/or updates existing learning material based on business needs. Assists with Assessments. Reports on the strengths and shortcomings of the learning events. People: Accountable for service delivery through own efforts. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results. Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks, and output. Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required A minimum of a National Senior Certificate (Matric). A relevant tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) is preferred. Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language (Setswana, Sesotho, Afrikaans, isiXhosa, isiZulu etc.) is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor content delivery to different audiences. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. A passion for financial literacy and empowering others to make informed financial decisions. Ability to remain objective and avoid directly promoting specific industry products during workshops (focus on general financial literacy principles). Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to the South African context. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in using presentation software (PowerPoint etc.).
