Responsibilities will include preparing necessary contracts and leases and any other documents that may be required, collating the signature of all leases and other documents, attending to all tenant FICA requirements for the Landlord and supply tenants / agents Landlord FICA where required, and collate vendor packs sent off to tenants.
Requirements:
- Must have had previous experience with drafting new leases, resolutions, addendums and lease renewal addendums
- Must understand rates, ops cost, insurance and other recoveries to be recorded in the leases and renewals
- Must understand property uses, parking, GLAâs and PQâs and general commercial, retail and industrial terms
- Good admin skills, neat, and highly organised
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be proficient Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
- MDA property software experience would be preferred
