Leave and Benefits Assistant Co-Ordinator (6 Months Contract) - Cape Town Region

Competencies Required: Proven relevant experience in leave and benefits experience in an HR environment. Computer literate in relevant SAGE Software packages (VIP Premier, Payroll) Intermediate level Microsoft 365 Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proven ability to work with numbers and attention to detail Proven knowledge of BCEA leave procedures Ability to respect confidentiality, effectively work accurately and in a team Good interpersonal skills Planning, organising and coordinating own work activities to meet deadlines in achieving the performance outputs of the Human Resources Department. Key Responsibilities Administering the leave function within the organisation Experienced working in VIP, ESS, EXCEL and MS Teams Checking and Auditing leave forms Apply the Leave Rules in terms of clients Leave policy when checking the leave forms Checking of Leave Forms against the Attendance Registers Assist with the implementation of ESS and acting as the first point of call for assistance in using the system Setting up a Benefits Library in MS Teams Draw reports and do an analysis of leave taken per department Setting up and maintaining accurate HR files, records, and documentation Assisting staff with ESS queries Apply Now
