The main purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for the legal administration for the Collections Department within this young, dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Submission of matters for legal steps to attorneys Operational Administration Governance Daily, weekly and monthly reporting Provide input to Collections Manager regarding legal developments that may affect the Age Analysis Reporting Person specification: Bachelor of Commerce (General) / qualification in accounting or finance, with minimum 3 years work experience. Highly proficient in Excel, proficient in other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) Excellent organisational and administrative skills Process orientation Attention to detail Good communication Skills – verbal as well as written Ability to work to tight deadlines
