Our client seeks a dedicated Legal Administrator to manage legal administrative tasks with professionalism and attention. The ideal candidate will handle drafting legal documents, liaising with attorneys, and processing court paperwork.
Qualification:
- Matric Certificate (LLB candidates will not be considered)
Competencies:
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- 6 months of Debt Review experience
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review documents for presentation at the Magistrate Court or National Consumer Tribunal
- Compile necessary annexures for Magistrate court application / NCT application
- Legal drafting
- Coordinate court dates and case numbers
- Manage Confirmatory affidavit
- Address any Oppositions
- Handle Postponements
- Update DHS to reflect the relevant status
- Receive Granted Orders
Experience:
- Familiarity with administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
