We are looking for a legal professional eager to broaden their expertise beyond litigation. The Legal Advisor will play a crucial role in our legal department, managing a variety of responsibilities with the potential to grow into more complex functions. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing pre-litigation debt collection processes Managing debt collection assignments with external attorneys Drafting and reviewing standard agreements Reviewing and approving external standard agreements LL. B degree Admission as an attorney Minimum 3 years of post-admission litigation experience Market related salary Pension fund contribution Medical aid contribution.
