Reference: JHB000068-A-1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: LLB degree. Minimum 5 years post-admission experience. Admission as an attorney or advocate of the High Court (admitted legal practitioner). Experience in drafting and vetting a variety of complex agreements. Advanced knowledge of SCM legislation, policies, and processes applicable in the public sector or entity. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Knowledge of legal platforms. Compliance Management will be an added advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing legal support to all the organisation directorates Ensuring compliance with the supply chain management, and ensuring legal compliance of all the organisation contractual agreements.
