Our client in the medical aid industry is looking for a Legal and Compliance Executive. As a Legal and Compliance Executive, you will contribute to the development and review of the client’s strategic plan. Develop the unit’s operational plans to align them with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Develop the compliance management strategy and framework, governance framework, and related policies for the organization. Direct implementation of the strategy, policy, and plans for legal, compliance, and governance across the company. This role will help you network with other senior professionals, industry leaders, and key stakeholders. Building and nurturing these relationships can be valuable for both personal and professional growth. Requirements Qualification in BA Law with Admission as an Attorney. Postgraduate qualification in governance. Minimum 10 years of experience in Legal and Compliance Executive roles. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Medical Aid industry. Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management. Knowledge of Stakeholder management .
