Legal Secretary We are currently seeking highly motivated and organised Legal Secretary with litigation experience, preferably in third-party motor vehicle litigation and commercial law to join our team. You will provide essential administrative support to legal professionals, including lawyers and paralegals. Manage office operations, handle correspondence, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities include drafting and proofreading legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with client interactions. Manage court filings, billing, and case files while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards. Vacant roles as follow: Salary: R5,000 – R10,000.00 CTC (0 - 3 years' experience); Salary: R10,000 – R15,000.00 CTC (3 - 5 years' experience); and Salary: R15,000 – R20,000.00 CTC (5 - 10 years' experience).
