Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law. Admission to practice law in South Africa. Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Skills: Legal research, contract review, negotiation, attention to detail, communication. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
