We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Legal Officer. The role will be based within the Implementation department at our Houghton Estate office. Responsibilities: We are looking for a person who will be able to fulfill the following requirements Drafting of legal documents. Attending to registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors and insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans. Scrutinizing agreements and other legal documents and structuring of loan term sheets. Providing general legal advice and guidance, including researching topics where applicable in a multidimensional and fast-paced environment. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have: 2 years Post Admission experience. Admission as an attorney is essential. Conveyancing experience is advantageous The individual will be results focused, with a passion for client service and possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: The successful candidate should have: LLB degree Competencies: Working with People Adhering to Principles and Value People Planning and Organising Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations Following Instructions and Procedures
