Your responsibilities will include secretarial and office admin support, including typing, document preparation, filing, and archiving. You will also ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner. Experience & Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years experience. Certification/Diploma in legal services or accredited secretarial studies. Experience dealing with Bonds. Experience in Transfers and Estate Transfers. Motivated and confident. Exceptional organisational skills. The ability to work on multiple matters. Arranging diaries and scheduling client meetings. Fast and accurate typing.
