Litigation (foreclosure) secretary required (Tyger Valley) - Bellville
Firm based in Bellville (near Tyger Valley Mall) is looking to onboard a litigation secretary in its home loan foreclosures department. The ideal candidate should have matric, approximately 5 years' experience, knowledge of the NCA, High Court summons drafting and the Rule 46A application process. Familiarity in working with SLA deadlines and accurate billing. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, computer literate, able to manage their own diary and work independently.
