Reference: JHB004684-KM-1Pretoria based law firm seeks Junior Litigation Secretary with Foreclosures experience Minimum RequirementsMatric Fluent in English and Afrikaans Minimum three years within a litigation Secretary role specifically dealing with foreclosures Must have thorough understanding of foreclosures specifically undefended matters with exceptional drafting skills Duties will include: - applications for default judgement- able to Draft Summons and Letter of Demands, affidavits, and Rule 46 A’s- enrollment of applications and matters on Caseline - Ensure Applications are served timeously - drafting supplementary affidavits and all documents relating to undefended foreclosures - Follow up with Sheriffs Monthly
