Lodge Management Couple (PH and Lodge Manager) - Lephalale

  • Overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
  • Overseeing all aspects of hunting operations
  • Managing and supervising lodge staff, including training, and scheduling.
  • Maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations.
  • Managing lodge finances, budgets, and inventory control.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.
  • Both individuals must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing hunting lodges
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving operational excellence.
  • Ability to work and live in a remote, hunting lodge environment.
