Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Safari Lodge Manager, who will be responsible for the day to day operations of their lodge situated in the Eastern Cape. Ensure correct staffing according to business requirements, ▪ Manage the daily management reports, ▪ Responsible for the marketing and managing the website / social media posts ▪ Ensure efficient running of all lodge operations, ▪ Ensure staff are well presented and equipped for efficient service, ▪ Maintain a high standard and appearance of team and lodge, ▪ Manage the bookings and general reception duties, Attend to any personal requirements of guests, ▪ Coordinate and manage all administration for the lodge ▪ Ensure sufficient stock of all food and beverage ▪ Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are adhered to in the lodge, garden and kitchen, ▪ Invoicing clients, stock take, promoting of lodge, ensure customer satisfaction, ▪ Social engagement with guests as required, ▪ Work closely with the professional hunters, ▪ Manage the lodge staff, garden staff and chef, Recoginsed qualification in Hospitality At least 3 years experience working in either a safari or hunting lodge At least 3 years management experience in hospitality
