“Lodge Manager (JB4462) Mkuze, KwaZulu-Natal R 12 – 15 000 benefits include live-in and eat-in Permanent Our client a stunning Lodge located close to Mkuze, KwaZulu-Natal is looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Lodge Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, someone with prior experience in managing operations within a similar environment, a friendly and caring demeanour who enjoys working with people from different walks of life. This position would be suitable for a single person as it is a live-in position. Minimum Requirements: Hospitality-related Degree or Diploma 3 – 5 years experience as a Lodge Manager or similar Strong Food and Beverage knowledge Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite- specific Excel/Sheets Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee Food, Beverage, and Kitchen Departments Manage Housekeeping and Front Office operations Handle financial aspects with strong leadership and accountability Reconcile online and walk-in bookings Prepare daily cash reports and manage stock takes Maintain grounds and accommodation units Demonstrate strong work ethic, flexibility, and attention to detail Communicate effectively with guests and staff Manage staff, including disciplinary processes Perform basic maintenance tasks Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
