Organize and maintain accurate, detailed, and orderly files for weddings and events. Assist team members involved in wedding and event execution. Support the Food and Beverage team. Ensure regular updates and proper distribution of function sheets to appropriate managers. Assist on the day of ceremonies, weddings, and other public events, including greeting hosts upon arrival.
