A leading Commercial Kitchen Supplier seeks an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Manager. The function being to ensure, maintain and enhance current company supply chain processes and systems. Role includes • Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods & services. • Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner. • Establish priorities, track assignments & ensure availability of resources. • Comply with standards and shipping regulations. • Supply Chain Operations & logistics Management. • Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled. • Optimize inventory control & performance via trend forecasting. • Maintain & process documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures. Key skills & experience 1. Must have experience on exports. Must include all regulations exporting to African countries including inspection reports, clearance reports, loa’s etc. 2. Experience in Import: Imports from most countries and knowledge of SARS regulation including HS codes, customs duties etc. 3. Logistics including warehousing, distribution & transport.
