Logistics co-ordinator / Logistics Manager Planning loads (consolidating and creating efficiencies) Arranging sub-contractors where applicable and price checking Communicating, instructing and managing drivers and assistants as well as office administrator Checking and authorizing operation expenses Fuel monitoring Maintenance and repairs booking and monitoring. Truck monitoring and checks via ICAM Weekly operations update to management. Find additional business for return legs Check costings and ensure recoveries are accurate and expenses are in check Additional system work on ICAM to be done to map routs to improve efficiency and monitoring Logging standing time and communication with customers Office administrator Logbook capturing and control checks Log distances per trip for payroll and analysis purposes Odo meter reading checks and tracking for services. Invoicing and control checks monthly Ensure all expense invoices are received, authorized and handed to finance Complete a fuel recon on monthly transactions & TB05s Apply Now
